Linking a bank account can be done using instant account verification (by providing your bank account credentials) or through a initial deposit method which takes 1-2 business days after you send the funds to complete. They also have a credit card service which gives you bitcoins instantly to your account! If you buy more than $100 worth of bitcoin through this link, you’ll get $10 of free bitcoin.
First thing you need to do is transfer some money into your Bitstamp account. In order to do this you must create an account with Bitstamp, go to deposit section and select preferred method of transferring funds. Make a bank deposit via SEPA, wire transfer or some other method. You will be given a unique 11 digit reference code and their account information where your funds must go. Once they receive your bank deposit they will credit your account and then you can start purchasing bitcoins right away. The whole procedure usually takes 3 – 5 business days.
If you own an US based bank account (like Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo etc.) Circle is a great option. They have nice and quick verification process. You have to verify your email, upload id and take a selfie shot either by their smartphone app or via your computer’s webcam. After verification you can easily link your bank account via ACH verification process. You can add your US based bank account even if you are not a US resident. The buying process is instant, but you will wait for your bitcoins to arrive about 3-4 days.
