  1. Yeah, I want to buy bitcoin TOO, and have been TRYING for over 3 F***ING MONTHS, and all that happens is I get RIPPED OFF!

    1. Scott, what happened? Please share your story with us. We daily buy bitcoins using services above and it all works well.

    2. This is far from perfect, but it has got me BTC from my Visa. I bought hashlets (cloud mining) from gawminers.com, which are activated and used through zenminer. After the wait for delivery, and waiting to sell the hashlets on the internal hash market (rules state selling outside is banned, and once they are activated by code, they stay in the ZenPortal), and paying the fee to sell the hashlets, I came away with some BTC. Will you make BTC while waiting to sell the hashlets? Yes. Will you get gouged and pay out the ass for maintenance fees? Also yes. If you want to give this a go I would start small and pay attention to the difference from what you pay Gawminers.com and what you get for selling a hashlet. Currently, the multi hashlet or genesis hashlet would bleed you the least. I wouldn’t reccomend holding the miners as the fees are flippin’ rediculous (I’ve seen 80% or higher fees). Like I said, not perfect by any strech, but I trust they won’t rip me off on hashlets, other than the mining fees, which doesn’t matter much just as a hit it and quit it; Buying the hashlets the moment I get them. I have bought and sold hashlets and had real hardware miners shipped to me by Gawminers, they are a real company. You can also try sell BTC and hashlets (against the rules) on eBay for an inflated price, if that floats your boat.

  6. I have to agree with some of these people, even if not in such a… Colorful… Way. I have been trying to buy coins for several days with nothing but tape. Verifications and tons and tons of forms. I’m sure I’ll figure it out, but it’s clear that this market is still in its infancy.

  7. The reason these sites make you register n prove I’d isnt for fraud its because bitcoin isn’t owned by any government, and is tax free so they want to try monitor what your doing with the bitcoins, dumb really cos my coins go straight to an anonymous wallet lol

    1. Exactly, the Bitcoin vendors have to comply to the rules of money transmitters and respond about money laundry and tax evasion. That is why the ask for all the info about the buyers

  8. I am from India, and want to buy Bitcoins with my Visa Debit card, I searched a lot, but no success,,,,
I have used Entropay VCC with Virwox and get some btc,but tooooo costly…

  9. Agree with the other posters. It’s waaaaay too expensive to buy bitcoin, it’s supposed to be currency, not an investment! Only the idiots that are used to extortionate services like Western Union would consider 6 or more % as an OK cost to buy!! Plus most of these options are only available in US.

  10. Thanks for great article! I like the idea of how 247exchange works and going to try it out. Can you please clarify about this 3 days delay? I assume it’s the time they will need to verify my identity? So the delay will be BEFORE they will charge my card and when I will become verified all orders will be paid instantly?
